01. Self-Care:

Self-care includes everything related to staying physically healthy including hygiene, nutrition, and seeking medical care when needed. It’s all the steps an individual can take to manage stressors in his or her life and take care of his or her own health and well-being.

02. Activity schedule:

During the process of building the efficiency of one’s capability, activity scheduling plays a crucial role to maintains one’s lifestyle. One might feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed and falling short of their goals and true potential. The answer lies in carefully designing a routine that works best for each of us, one which helps us be productive, in control, and be the best person we can possibly be.

03. Manage stress:

Stress is part of being human, and it can help motivate you to get things done. Even high stress from serious illness, job loss, a death in the family, or a painful life event can be a natural part of life.

04. Mindfulness:

Whenever you bring awareness to what you’re directly experiencing via your senses, or to your state of mind via your thoughts and emotions, you’re being mindful. And there’s growing research showing that when you train your brain to be mindful, you’re actually remodeling the physical structure of your brain.

05. Connected:

It’s scientifically proven that isolation and loneliness can raise stress levels where physical touch or contact is a powerful stress reliever. During the lockdown and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is trying to avoid physical touch or contact. But we must remember that we need to maintain physical distance, not social disconnection. We need to maintain “connections” by maintaining distance.
